What is PMS?
PMS, or the Pantone color system, is similar to the RAL system. It is mainly used in the graphic arts to determine colors precisely. Each color has a unique PMS (Pantone Matching System) code.
Does Stockmans also offer design and drafting services for calendars?
Yes, we do!
If you already have a design from a design agency or advertising agency, we can print that for you. We can also help your agency by providing ready-made Indesign templates with specific country combinations and holidays, so you can make the design completely to your liking.
You don’t have a graphic design background or you don’t work with an agency? No worries! Our team can create your design, from concept till print. We assist you in choice of paper, layout, finishing, color proofing and printing. In short, we unburden you and guide you through the graphic process.
Does Stockmans use environmentally friendly paper in a green production environment?
Yes, absolutely!
Antilope De Bie and Stockmans, located in Duffel are equipped with 2800 m² of solar panels, which cover as much as 95% of our energy needs with 100% green electricity.
We a print our calendars on eco-friendly FSC-certified paper, and for those who want to go even more sustainable, we have a wonderful selection of recycled paper.
Let us know what type of paper you prefer, and together we will create a sustainable calendar made in an environmentally friendly production environment!
What to do if I don't have a design of my own?
No worries! Our creative team is ready to transform your ideas into a beautiful design. We also have a wide selection of calendar templates in a variety of styles and languages. You choose what suits you best!
How to provide pictures and logo's?
For logo’s: It is most convenient to submit it in a vector file, such as EPS, PDF or AI (Adobe Illustrator).
For images and pictures: Make sure your images have a resolution of 300 dpi and that the size is 1:1. File format:JPEG or TIFF.
How to provide an address list?
You can submit your address list in an Excel or Access file.
Make sure your customer data is devided in multiple columns so that we can easily make selections based on what you ultimately want to achieve.
We use your database to compile distribution and distribution lists and to label packaging boxes.
Which languages can I use in the calendarium?
You can choose any language you want for the calendarium, even Japanese or Chinese! You ask, we execute, you review.
Does every Stockmans calendar start in January?
Not always! We take into account seasons, school years, Chinese New Year, special events such as the Olympics or World Cup….
You can start a calendar in September and end it in December of the following year for extra long enjoyment.
And don’t forget the birthday calendars! Those are valid all year round. For unique projects, we’ve even created “long lasting” calendars that never stop!
Is Stockmans only known for his calendars?
No, we are known for all types of printing!

For smaller runs, we recommend digital printing. In addition to our offsset presses, we also have a digital press.
